Named after the famous Brazilian beach, this spacious two storey apartment is decorated with rich, warm colours, and offers all the amenities a discerning visitor could ask for.
Set away from the street noise at the back of the apartment building, Ipanema offers a modern kitchen that opens onto the tasteful living area featuring a dining table with four chairs and a very comfortable sofa. The living area also opens out onto a huge terrace that may not be Ipanema beach itself, but will certainly allow for some fun in the sun.
Upstairs, a queen size bed and modern bathroom awaits you. You will also find a 42” flat screen television, ample cupboard space and a lock up security box for your valuables. From the gorgeous wooden floors to the trendy artwork and chic furnishings, Ipanema brings Brazilian flair and passion at its finest to wonderful Buenos Aires.
Just a block away from Sante Fe Av. and its selection of high-end shops and restaurants, and even Megatlon gym in Arenales street. You can also take a stroll around the neighborhood to visit the Recoleta cemetery, museums, art galleries, or other historical sites. The nearest metro station is just 4 blocks away and taxis can be found throughout the area 24-hours.

SAFE DEPOSIT
All apartments require at the they of Check IN a Safe Deposit in CASH. The amount goes from USD 200 to USD 400 depending on the apartment and the length of the stay. This amount is fully refundable at the date of Check OUT subject to the conditions of the apartment.
