I was there last January 2008. The rooms are spacious for what New York has to offer. Very trendy and up style, way over the avarage design boutique hotels. Located in a great and upcoming area of Manhattan. Rating: PREMIUM property

The house is located in the exclusive area of Punta Piedras, between La Barra and Jose Ignacio. At only 2 minutes from La Barra, and area full of the best shops and restaurants, and only 15 minutes away from Jose Ignacio where you will find the best beach aera. The location is unique, steps away from the beach and surrounded by nature.
DESCRIPTION
The house counts with 3 Suites, 1 Guest Room, Living Room, Toilette, wide open Island style Kitchen, Swimming pool, Outdoor Barbacue and Solarium. Equiped with all the features that will make your stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible. La Casa en la Playa can only be rented in full. It is not a hotel, so it would work either for a group or family. (upto 8 people)
