What can I say... it was my apartment for over 8 years and now I offer it to you. I love the apartment since it is very functional. Located in the neighborhood of Palermo, but over an AMAZING area called Blvd. Charca, that you will fall in love at first sight, surrounded by small cafes and restaurants. Only 02 blocks away from Santa Fe Av, main Shopping Center, restaurants, gym and night enterntainment. A studio fully equiped and functional for the pleasure of those travelers looking for a true and unique experience of the city. Maid service once a week. Cable TV, WIFI, air conditioning, telephone, laundry and most important 24hs. secutiry service. An unique option 06 blocks away from the area of Palermo SOHO and Recoleta. You cannot miss it.

SAFE DEPOSIT
All apartments require at the they of Check IN a Safe Deposit in CASH. The amount goes from USD 200 to USD 400 depending on the apartment and the length of the stay. This amount is fully refundable at the date of Check OUT subject to the conditions of the apartment.

Commnets by Carlos Melia - TOP quality apartment at a very convenient price. The location is the best in town, located facing a very charming boulevard quite and charming only 3 blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect for two people, also a 3rd. or 4th. person since it counts with an air mattress.

Hi Carlos, Just wanted to tell you everything at the apartment was absolutely wonderful. We LOVED our trip and loved the city. We decided Palermo is the absolute best place to stay - all the shops and restaurants were fabulous. The apartment is located in such a great area; we had no trouble getting around to everywhere we wanted to go and it was really nice to be among the locals. I cannot wait to go back! Thanks again. Hi. Finally I have a moment to write back!
The stay was very nice to us, we both liked the apartment and the neighbourhood was surprisingly calm (before I stayed just few cuadras away and it was very noisy).
I have some friends who are plannig to go to BsAs in the summer and I will suggest them choosing your apartment ;-). Radek
